Days of Blood and Starlight (Book 2)

I really liked this one, not as good as the first one but almost. Karou felt torn between really two realities . Her Chimera side and the side she felt for Akiva and she tried to totally ignore the side she felt for Akiva and she worked for her Chimera side along side someone she hated but she felt like she was doing good work. She did do some good work and every relationship she created Thiago or Ten took away. Well Im not going to tell you what happens in the end of that part. Worth the read.

Akiva is having his own struggles with his brother and sister being drawn into a plot of murder and being framed. And finding out what is about to happen to the human realm thanks to Razgut! Foul creature! Does he get out and to Karou in time to warn her and do they all get there in one piece?

Zuzana and Mik found their way to Karou and helped her in her "laboratory" and gave her some hope for a little while. Ahhh Good friends are awesome! But they had to leave in a hurry.

In the end are they too late for whats coming? And are they enough to confront it?

Great book, read it and then read number 3! I give it 4 stars out of 5
